Apply on the KIPPRA recruitment portal when the annual call opens on KIPPRA's careers page. The Young Professionals programme needs a Master's degree; student attachments are for continuing university students.

What you need
- Cover letter, CV, copies of certificates and testimonials, and KIPPRA's personal data form
- If selected: clearance from EACC, DCI, KRA, HELB and a CRB
- Attachment: letter from your university, application letter, CV and proof of medical cover
Steps
- Check KIPPRA's careers page for the yearly Young Professionals call and other vacancies.
- Register and log in on the KIPPRA recruitment portal and apply. Hard copies aren't accepted.
- Say in the subject line whether you're a KIPPRA-sponsored or self-sponsored applicant, and pick your preferred division if sponsored.
- For a 3-month student attachment, apply through the same portal or email hresources@kippra.or.ke. Intake is every quarter.
Watch out
- KIPPRA won't give you a job after the programme, and once you start you must finish the full year.
- KIPPRA charges no fee to apply for the sponsored programme. Canvassing gets you disqualified.
- Incomplete or late applications are rejected, and only shortlisted candidates hear back.

- Young Professionals (KIPPRA-sponsored): a Master's degree and under 35
- Young Professionals (self-sponsored): a Master's degree and under 40
- Student attachment: you must be a continuing student
