- Where
- Online through the Event Booking form on kicc.co.ke; KICC is on Harambee Avenue, Nairobi
What you need
- Your name, organisation, email and phone number
- Event details: name, type, expected number of attendees, date and duration
Steps
- Check the rates for your type of event on the KICC Pricing Guideline (kicc.co.ke/pricing-guideline).
- Open the Event Booking enquiry form (kicc.co.ke/event-booking) and enter your contact and event details.
- Pick your preferred venue (for example Tsavo Hall, Amphitheater, Courtyard, Lawn or COMESA) and say if you need catering or audio-visual equipment, then submit.
- To see the venue first, ask KICC to arrange a site visit (info@kicc.co.ke or the front office on +254 703 769 928).
Watch out
- The rate sheet shows two prices per room. The lower one leaves out VAT and the 10% service charge, so budget for the higher one.
- The same room costs different amounts for a conference, an exhibition or a concert, so check the right table.
- Helipad events are limited to 4 hours.
