Find and apply for county assembly jobs (County Assembly Service Board)
County Assembly Service Boards · sources read 3 Oct 2026
Jobs at a county assembly are filled by that assembly's own County Assembly Service Board, not the county executive. Check the assembly's official website for adverts and apply as each advert says.
- Fee
- We couldn't confirm a fee from the official page. Check it there before you pay.
- Where
- The county assembly's official website (Careers or Vacancies page)
Steps
- Find the official website of the county assembly you want to work for (usually [county]assembly.go.ke). Each assembly has its own service board.
- Open the 'Careers' or 'Vacancies' page. The board creates assembly jobs and appoints staff, so adverts come from it.
- Read the advert and apply exactly as it says, with the documents it lists, before the closing date.
Watch out
- County assembly jobs are separate from county executive jobs, which are advertised by the County Public Service Board.
- If you are unhappy with a decision of a County Assembly Service Board, you can appeal to the Public Service Commission.
