Kiambu County jobs are posted on the Careers / Jobs page of kiambu.go.ke. Recent adverts say you hand-deliver your application in a sealed envelope to the County Public Service Board box in Room 103, Thika Sub-County offices, and nobody should ask you for money.

What you need
- Cover letter
- Detailed CV with names, address and phone contacts of three referees
- Copies of academic and professional certificates and testimonials
- Copy of national ID card or passport
- Application for Employment Form 26H, when the advert asks for it (download it from kiambu.go.ke)
- If shortlisted: original ID and certificates, plus clearance from KRA, EACC, DCI, HELB and CRB
Steps
- Open the Careers / Jobs page on kiambu.go.ke. Vacancy adverts and shortlists are posted there as downloads.
- Read the advert, then put together your cover letter, CV with three referees, copies of certificates and testimonials, and your ID or passport. If the advert asks for Form 26H, download and fill it in.
- Address the application to the Secretary/CEO, County Public Service Board, County Government of Kiambu, P.O. Box 2362-00900, Kiambu.
- Seal it in an envelope, write the position on top, and drop it in the box at the Board offices, Room 103, first floor, Thika Sub-County offices (8am to 5pm, weekdays) before the closing date.

Watch out
- The Board warns about fraudsters who ask for money promising Kiambu County jobs. Don't pay anyone, and report them to the police.
- If you're shortlisted you'll need clearance from KRA, EACC, DCI, HELB and CRB, so start on these early.
- Some adverts, like the 2026 nurse advert, need a specific form (Form 26H) instead of a plain letter. Check each advert.
