Watch out
- The Environment and Land Court allows up to 30 days to type proceedings, so ask early.
- Appealing? Don't wait for the proceedings to file your notice of appeal. If typing delays your record of appeal, ask the High Court for a certificate of delay.
- To enforce a Court of Appeal win, you need a certified copy of the judgment and the Court of Appeal order.
