Download the Teachers Next-of-Kin Form from the Forms page on tsc.go.ke (Media Centre, Downloads, Forms) and fill it in. TSC secretariat staff use a separate form, the Next of Kin Secretariat Form (BBF).

Steps
- Go to tsc.go.ke, open Media Centre, then Downloads, then Forms, and download the Teachers Next-of-Kin Form.
- Fill it in. TSC's website doesn't say where to hand it in, so email info@tsc.go.ke to confirm before you submit it.
Watch out
- Secretariat staff: don't use the teachers' form. Your form is the Next of Kin Secretariat Form (BBF).
- This form is filled by the teacher. After a teacher dies, the family uses different forms on the same page: the Dependents Declaration and the Widows and Widowers Declaration.
