Pay Nandi County land rates

Pay Nandi County land rates to the county's Receiver of Revenue, by electronic transfer or at the county rating offices, and get a receipt. Since March 2026 land rates are 0.5% of the land's site value in every zone, and a rates clearance certificate costs KSh 2,500 to 5,000 depending on the zone.

Rates are charged every year. The county must announce the payment date in the Kenya Gazette at least 60 days ahead.
