Pay Siaya County land rates

Pay Siaya land rates online through the Siaya County Online Services portal: register, log in and pay. The county has no published land rates fee list online, and a new valuation roll is being prepared.

Steps
- Register an account on the Siaya County Online Services portal (revenue.siaya.go.ke) and log in.
- Choose land rates, check your property and pay. You can also request valuation services there.
- Complete the payment and track it on your account.
- Can't find your plot or bill online? Call the county on +254 711 171 607 or email info@siaya.go.ke.
Watch out
- Siaya is preparing a new valuation roll, so the rates you pay may change once it is adopted.
- Before the new roll is adopted, it will be open for public inspection. Check your property's details and value, and object if they are wrong.
- If you get a written demand for unpaid rates, you have 60 days to pay. After that the county can go as far as auctioning the property.
Who can apply
- Owners of land or buildings in Siaya County, including holders of leases with 21 years or more left
- In some cases the person occupying the property is the one who pays
