Register an Ardhisasa account

Go to ardhisasa.lands.go.ke, click Register, and verify your ID number, phone and email with the codes sent to you, then set a password. Your Ardhisasa ID is sent to your email and phone.

- Your national ID number
- A phone number you can receive one-time codes (OTP) on
- An email address
Steps
- Go to ardhisasa.lands.go.ke, click Register and choose individual or company.
- Enter your national ID number, click Verify, then fill in the details asked and verify again.
- Enter your country and phone number, then the OTP sent to your phone. Do the same with your email address.
- Set a strong password. Your account is now registered.
- Log in with your Ardhisasa ID or ID number, your password and the OTP sent to your phone.
Watch out
- Keep your Ardhisasa ID safe. In a land transfer, the advocate needs the Ardhisasa IDs of both buyer and seller, and each of you confirms the deal from your own account.
- Advocates, surveyors, valuers and physical planners must also apply for a professional account upgrade before they can start transactions. Ministry staff check your registration with your professional body first.
- Every login needs an OTP sent to your phone, so register with a number you will keep.

- Anyone who needs Lands services online. You can register as an individual or as a company.
