Register on the Kenya National Electronic Single Window (KenTrade)

Book KenTrade's single window training, then apply through the User Registration link on kentrade.go.ke. After your details are validated and you pay on eCitizen, your account login is emailed to you. Registration is renewed every year.

- Within 24 hours after paying the training fees

- Online via the User Registration link on kentrade.go.ke; help at KenTrade, Embankment Plaza, Upper Hill, Nairobi, or regional offices in Mombasa, Busia, Malaba, Isebania, Namanga, ICD Nairobi and JKIA
Steps
- Apply for training: fill in the training application form under KenTrade Links on kentrade.go.ke (or in the MyKenTrade app) and wait for the schedule and fees.
- Apply for registration through the User Registration link on kentrade.go.ke.
- KenTrade validates your details. Then pay the registration fee on eCitizen and finish any required training.
- Once payment is confirmed, your account is created and the password is sent to your email.
Watch out
- Registration is renewed every year, and the annual access fee is charged per company.
- Moving to a new company? You pay for registration again under the new company.
- Accounts unused for over 6 months go dormant and must be reactivated for a fee.

- Importers, exporters, customs and shipping agents, logistics firms, banks, courier services and government agencies
