View your TSC payslip online (T-Pay)

Log in to T-Pay (tpay.tsc.go.ke) with your TSC or ID number and password to see your payslip. T-Pay also gives you your P9 for filing tax returns.

What you need
- Your TSC number or ID number (this is your username)
Steps
- Go to T-Pay at tpay.tsc.go.ke. It is TSC's service for payslips and P9 forms.
- Enter your TSC or ID number as the username, then your password.
- Answer the small sum in the Security Stamp box, then click Login to see your payslip.
- Forgot your password? Click Forgot Your Password?, enter your TSC number, then use the 6-digit code you receive to set a new password.
Watch out
- A new password must have at least 8 characters, with a capital letter, a small letter, a number and a special character.
- Still stuck? Email payslips@tsc.go.ke with your full names, TSC number and the error message you see.
Who can apply
- Teachers and staff paid by TSC (current employees).
- Former TSC employees can still download their P9 from the T-Pay page.
