Add your company or organisation account on the NTSA Service Portal

Log in to eCitizen, open the NTSA Service Portal (New), click Add Organization (top right), choose Add Unregistered Business, enter the KRA PIN, attach the required PDFs and submit for NTSA approval.

What you need
- Letter of authorisation (PDF)
- Extract of the management meeting minutes (PDF)
- CR12, or the Act that set up the body (PDF)
- Original affidavit (PDF)
- Certificate of incorporation (PDF)
Steps
- Log in to your eCitizen account and select NTSA Service Portal (New).
- Click Add Organization at the top right and choose Add Unregistered Business.
- Enter the organisation's KRA PIN and click search to pull up and confirm its details.
- Attach all the required documents as PDFs.
- Click Add Institution and submit the application for NTSA to approve.
Watch out
- Every document must be a PDF. Scan them before you start.
- The organisation account works only after NTSA approves it.
