If KCAA refuses, suspends or revokes your licence or certificate, or an airline or travel agent breaks consumer rules on refunds, baggage or delays, file a complaint or appeal with this tribunal on the Judiciary e-filing portal. Cases are meant to be decided within 60 days.
- Fee
- We couldn't confirm a fee from the official page. Check it there before you pay.
- How long
- Up to 60 days from filing (often sooner)
