Check and pay Nairobi County land rates

Log in to NairobiPay (nairobiservices.go.ke), request your current Land Rates Bill, then pay it only through the official county revenue accounts on the bill. No cash.

Steps
- Create an account or log in on the NairobiPay portal (nairobiservices.go.ke).
- Under Property services, open Land Rates Bill and request your current bill to see what you owe.
- Pay only through the authorised Nairobi City County revenue accounts shown on your bill. Never pay cash or to an individual.
Watch out
- Rates unpaid for over 3 years are now being chased by debt collectors, with penalties and interest added.
- If you don't clear arrears, the county can attach and auction the property or list you with a credit reference bureau (CRB).
- The county has a no-cash policy for all revenue.
