Apply on demand to the Land Adjudication and Settlement office for copies. Case proceedings cost KSh 100 per page and are ready in about an hour; sketch or demarcation maps cost KSh 1,000 per page and are issued immediately.

Steps
- Apply to the Land Adjudication and Settlement office for the case proceedings (hearing record, decision) or the sketch/demarcation map you need.
- Pay the fee, which depends on the number of pages or map size.
- Collect your certified copies. Proceedings take about an hour; maps are issued immediately.
Watch out
- You pay per page, so a long case file can cost a lot. Ask how many pages it has first.
- Keep the certified copies: they are official references for land disputes, succession and boundary cases.
