Where
Online on the Kisumu County eServices portal (E-Revenue Management System). Help: 057 202 5366 or info@kisumu.go.ke
Go to the official site

Steps

  1. Go to eservices.kisumu.go.ke and open the E-Revenue Management System. That is where the county takes payment for permits.
  2. Pay with M-Pesa on your phone. County revenue is cashless.
  3. Keep your receipt. You can see your payment history and receipts in the E-Revenue system.
  4. Stuck with a payment? Ask the county's Ushuru Centre, the call centre where revenue staff sort out payment problems.

Watch out

  • Your permit is valid for 12 months from the date you paid, not until 31 December. A new calendar year does not cut it short.
  • Don't pay cash to anyone. Kisumu's revenue system is cashless and runs on M-Pesa.
