Watch KEPROBA's events and news pages for calls to join trade fairs, missions and exhibitions, then apply when invited. KEPROBA usually pays for the stand, space and publicity; you pay registration, travel and accommodation.

Steps
- Check the Events and News pages on makeitkenya.go.ke for upcoming fairs, trade missions and buyer-seller meets.
- Apply as the notice says. KEPROBA picks companies whose products fit the market and event.
- If selected, pay your share: registration, transport and accommodation.
Watch out
- Applying doesn't guarantee a slot; selection depends on how well your product suits the market.
- Some fairs KEPROBA advertises are booked straight with the organiser. For the 2026 Uganda fair, forms and payment go to the Uganda Manufacturers Association.
