Street parking in Mandera County costs KSh 100 a day. In the municipality CBD a private car sticker is KSh 3,000 a month or KSh 10,000 a year; clamping costs KSh 1,500.

- Where
- On the street and in the municipality CBD in Mandera town, Elwak and other Mandera County centres. Pay county revenue staff or online through the county portal linked from mandera.go.ke (manderarcms.co.ke), and keep the official receipt.
Steps
- For one day, pay KSh 100 for street parking (KSh 30 for a boda boda).
- If you park in the municipality CBD often, buy a private car sticker: KSh 3,000 a month or KSh 10,000 a year.
- Pay through an authorised county channel, such as the county's online payment portal, which accepts mobile money, debit cards and online banking.
- Keep the official receipt as proof of payment.
Watch out
- Not displaying your ticket, or not paying, attracts a KSh 500 penalty, and your car can be clamped (KSh 1,500).
- Never damage a clamp. The penalty is KSh 40,000.
Who can apply
- Owners of vehicles parked in designated CBD, street and bus park areas in Mandera County, including Mandera town and Elwak.
