Pay your ICPAK annual subscription and use the member portal

Your ICPAK subscription is due on 1 January every year: KSh 11,200 for full members, KSh 3,200 for associates and KSh 8,950 for overseas members. Renew on the ICPAK member portal and download your invoice at icpak.com/subsinvoice.

- How long
- ICPAK receipts M-Pesa and direct bank payments within 24 working hours; EFT and RTGS take up to 3 working days.

- 1 Jan 2027 Subscription for 2027 falls due on 1 January 2027

- Online on the ICPAK member portal (icpak.com/icpakportal); invoices at icpak.com/subsinvoice. Office: CPA Centre, Ruaraka, Thika Road, Nairobi (memberservices@icpak.com).
What you need
- Your ICPAK member number (or your name as registered)
- The email address you used when you registered with ICPAK
Steps
- Get your invoice: go to icpak.com/subsinvoice, pick the year and type your member number or name, then click Download Invoice.
- Log in to the ICPAK member portal with your email or member number. First time? Click 'Forgot password' and use your registration email to set a password.
- Open Subscription Renewal (icpak.com/icpakportal/#payments) and pay for the year.
- Once you're up to date, log in again and click 'download certificate' below your photo to get your letter of good standing.
Watch out
- Don't let it slide: if your subscription is still unpaid three months after 1 January, ICPAK can remove you from membership.
- Portal says you're not in good standing? You're probably behind on your subscription or your CPD hours.
- Registered after 30 June? You pay only half the subscription for that year.
Who can apply
- Every ICPAK member who is on the register on 31 December pays for the coming year.
