Renew your BORAQS practising licence and meet CPD

Pay your annual subscription by M-Pesa to paybill 916950 (account: your BORAQS registration number), then log in to the BORAQS members portal to renew. You need at least 30 CPD points a year and must declare them with a CPD record sheet.

What you need
- CPD record sheet showing the points you earned in the past year
Steps
- Pay the annual subscription on M-Pesa: paybill 916950, account = your BORAQS registration number (for example A408 or Q408).
- Log in to Members Login on the BORAQS website with your registration number and password. Use reset password if you don't have one.
- Fill in all the required fields on your profile, save, then choose the renewal service.
- Declare your CPD points for the past year by submitting your CPD record sheet.
Watch out
- You need at least 30 CPD points a year. One two-day BORAQS seminar gives 20.
- Only CPD activities run, accredited or approved by BORAQS count.
- If you are 65 or older, you can apply for a seniority exemption from CPD using the BORAQS form.
Who can apply
- Architects and quantity surveyors already on the BORAQS register, with a registration number.
