Go to your nearest NSSF office with your ID and ask for a Duplicate Membership Card. It costs KSh 200 and takes about 15 minutes.

- Your National ID card, passport or alien ID card
Steps
- Go to the NSSF office nearest you and ask for a Duplicate Membership Card (DMC).
- Show your National ID, passport or alien ID card.
- Pay the KSh 200 replacement fee and get your new card.
Watch out
- Your NSSF membership number is your account number. Keep a note of it somewhere safe, since you quote it in every statement inquiry.
Who can apply
- NSSF members who have lost their membership card.
