Call NACADA's free helpline 1192, open 24 hours every day, to report malpractice like illegal alcohol, drug peddling or a bar selling to children. You can also report online through 'Report an Incident' on nacada.go.ke.

- Call 1192, NACADA's free helpline, any time of day or night, and tell them what's happening and where.
- Or go to nacada.go.ke/report-incident and click 'Click to Report an Incident' to share the information online.
- You can also call the Ministry of Interior service number, +254 20 2227411.
Watch out
- Bar licences are issued by the county, not NACADA. If there are too many bars in your estate, your estate association can petition the County Liquor Licensing Committee not to renew them.
- Bad treatment at a rehab centre is reported differently: fill in NACADA's rehab complaint form or call 1192.
