Verify a KASNEB certificate or get a confirmation of results

Employers can check a KASNEB certificate on KASNEB's Certificate Verification Portal. If you're the candidate, apply for an official Confirmation of Results on the KASNEB student portal and pay via eCitizen Paybill 222222; KASNEB doesn't issue copies of certificates.

Steps
- Employers: open KASNEB's Certificate Verification Portal (confirmation.kasneb.or.ke:8092) to check the certificate.
- Candidates: sign in to the student portal at online.kasneb.or.ke.
- Open Confirmation of Results, click Confirmation Application, choose how to receive it and fill in the details.
- Generate the invoice and pay through eCitizen Paybill 222222.
- KASNEB issues the official confirmation, or posts it to the address you gave.
Watch out
- Lost your certificate? KASNEB won't issue a copy, but a confirmation letter of your exam history does the job.
- Just finished? Certificates come up to 4 months after results, so a new graduate may not have one yet.

- Candidates: request a confirmation letter of your own exam history.
