Go to EASA

What you need

  • KUCCPS-placed students: KCSE certificate or result slip
  • KUCCPS-placed students: national ID or birth certificate
  • KUCCPS-placed students: passport-size photo

Steps

  1. Go to application.easa.ac.ke and create an account, then log in with your email and password.
  2. Click "New Application", pick your course, fill in your details, upload your documents and submit.
  3. Pay the application fee through the eCitizen checkout. Your application is only processed after payment.
  4. Track it under "My Applications" and download your admission letter once approved.
  5. Placed by KUCCPS? Skip the steps above: on the same portal choose KUCCPS Placed Students, log in with your KCSE index number and download your admission letter.

Watch out

  • EASA does not train pilots. For flying, you need a KCAA-approved flight school.
  • Course fees on the calendar can change. Your actual fee is confirmed in your letter of acceptance.
  • Aviation degrees and masters are run with Moi University, so you apply through Moi University, not the EASA portal.

Who can apply

  • Certificate courses: at least KCSE D+ or equivalent.
  • Diploma courses: at least KCSE C- or equivalent.
  • Professional courses: requirements differ by course, and some need aviation experience or certificates.
