Search the Clinical Officers Council's online Retention Register to see if a clinical officer holds a current licence, and its Facility Register for their clinic. Licences end on 31 December each year, so look for this year's.

- On clinicalofficerscouncil.org, open 'Search Retention Register' and search for the clinical officer to see their licence status.
- To check a clinic, open 'Search Facility Register' on the same site.
- For an official copy or extract of a register entry, ask the COC Registrar. A fee applies.
Watch out
- A licence ends on 31 December of the year it was issued. An older licence is not valid now.
- If the online search isn't working, call COC on 0725 705 144 or email info@clinicalofficerscouncil.org.
