Communications Authority of Kenya · sources read 2 Oct 2026
Go to CA's Licensee Register page and download the register for the sector: the Register of Telecommunications Licensees (June 2026) or Licensed Broadcasting Service Providers (30 June 2026), then search for the company name. The page also lists revoked licences.
- Fee
- We couldn't confirm a fee from the official page. Check it there before you pay.
- Where
- Online on CA's Licensee Register page (ca.go.ke/licensee-register)
Steps
- Open ca.go.ke/licensee-register. For ISPs, mobile operators, content providers and other telecom firms, download the Register of Telecommunications Licensees (June 2026) and search the company name.
- For radio and TV stations, use the Broadcasting Register tab: Licensed Broadcasting Service Providers as at 30 June 2026.
- Check the revoked lists on the same page too (network facilities, application service, content service and broadcasting licences).
- For digital certificate providers, check the E-CSP section of the telecom register and pick one marked ACCREDITED.
Watch out
- A licensed E-CSP marked "NO" under accreditation is not yet cleared to issue digital certificates.
- The type-approved equipment list is not complete. To confirm a device, email CA at info@ca.go.ke.
