Dial *303# or WhatsApp NSSF on 0704 303 303 for a free provisional statement of your contributions. You can also get it at any NSSF office or Huduma Centre with your NSSF card or ID, and it takes about 2 minutes.

What you need
- At an office or Huduma Centre: your NSSF membership card or national ID
- Your NSSF membership number (it is your account number)
Steps
- On your phone, dial *303# or chat with the NSSF WhatsApp bot on 0704 303 303 and follow the prompts to get your provisional statement.
- Prefer paper? Walk into any NSSF office or Huduma Centre with your NSSF card or ID and ask for your member statement. It's free.
- Online, open 'NSSF Contributions Statement' on the NSSF Member Self Service portal (selfservice.nssf.or.ke).
- No Self Service account yet? Use 'Existing Member eCert', print the details it shows and take them to any NSSF branch to be approved and given a key, then activate your account.
Watch out
- Just paid through M-Pesa? Allow up to 48 hours before it shows on your statement.
- Forgot your NSSF number? Visit the nearest NSSF branch for help.
- Haba Haba savings are a separate product. This statement covers your regular NSSF contributions.
Who can apply
- Any NSSF member. The statement shows your total contributions and the interest they have earned.
