Check for and collect uncollected (returned) NSSF benefits

If you or a relative claimed NSSF benefits but never collected the payment, the cheque may be waiting. Call NSSF toll free on 0800 221 2744, email info@nssfkenya.co.ke or visit the nearest NSSF office to check and collect it.

- Call NSSF toll free on 0800 221 2744 or email info@nssfkenya.co.ke to ask if there's an uncollected benefit in your name (or your relative's).
- Or go to the nearest NSSF office and ask there. They'll tell you how to collect it.
Watch out
- This is for benefits that were already claimed and are waiting as a cheque that nobody picked up.
Who can apply
- NSSF members, or next of kin, who claimed retirement benefits but haven't collected the payment.
