- Or call NTSA on 0709 932000 or 020 6632000.
- Or go to an NTSA office. The headquarters is at Upper Hill Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi, open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Watch out
- For a driving licence problem, email dlqueries@ntsa.go.ke instead.
- If NTSA doesn't deal with it, you can take it to the Commission on Administrative Justice (Ombudsman).

- Anyone with a complaint about an NTSA service or officer.
