File upgrading certificates and advanced training with KMLTTB

Licensed lab professionals file upgrades, advanced training and CPD certificates online at kmlttb.org/upgrade, filling Forms A, B and C and attaching certified certificates with transcripts.

What you need
- All the relevant certificates together with their academic transcripts
- Certified, up-to-date copies of every document
- CPD certificates, with each provider's KMLTTB registration number
Steps
- Go to kmlttb.org/upgrade and click 'Apply Now for Upgrading'.
- Form A: give your registration number and current level, pick certificate to diploma or diploma to degree, and add your advanced training.
- Form B: list your CPD activities with the provider, dates and points.
- Form C: add any other qualifications, sign the declaration and submit.
Watch out
- Uncertified copies can hold up your filing, so certify every certificate before you upload.
