Find a forgotten KRA PIN

Log in to iTax with your ID number instead of your PIN, then reprint your PIN certificate to see it. Stuck? Call KRA on 0711 099 999 or email callcentre@kra.go.ke.

What you need
- Your national ID number and iTax password
Steps
- Go to the iTax login page. It lets you log in with your PIN or your ID number, so use your ID number and password.
- Open the Registration tab, choose "Reprint my Certificate", pick Taxpayer and submit. Your PIN is on the certificate.
- If you can't log in, call the KRA contact centre on +254 20 4 999 999 or +254 711 099 999.
- Or email callcentre@kra.go.ke and ask for help finding your PIN.
Watch out
- The iTax PIN Checker only confirms whether a PIN you already have is genuine. It won't find a PIN you've forgotten.
- Forgot your iTax password too? Use "Forgot Password/Unlock Account" on the login page first.
