Find KURA tenders, addenda and awarded contracts

KURA posts its tender notices, addenda and awarded contracts on kura.go.ke. Register on the government e-GP portal (egpkenya.go.ke) before you bid, and check each tender's NCA category and who it is open to.

Steps
- Register your firm on the e-GP portal (egpkenya.go.ke). Government procurement now runs through it.
- Open KURA's tender documents page. Each tender lists its number, description, length, budget, NCA category, who can bid and where to inspect, buy and submit documents.
- Read every addendum posted at the top of the tender list before you submit. Addenda change the original notice.
- For questions on headquarters tenders, contact the KURA Supply Chain Management office at Barabara Plaza Block D, or email supplychain@kura.go.ke.
Watch out
- Check the Eligibility column: a tender marked Women, Youth or PWD is reserved for those groups.
- The awarded contracts list on KURA's site is for FY2023/2024, so newer awards may not be there yet.
- Stuck on e-GP registration? Treasury runs help desks at the Treasury Building (Room 622) and Huduma Centres.
Who can apply
- Contractors registered with the NCA in the category the tender asks for (for example 4 or 5).
- Some tenders are open to all bidders; others only to women, youth or persons with disabilities.
