Steps
- Write an official request to the Directorate of Physical Planning naming the meeting minutes you want, or asking to inspect the minute books.
- Pay the fee through ArdhiPay: KSh 50 a page for copies, KSh 500 for a certified copy, or KSh 200 to inspect the books.
- Collect your copies or inspect the books, usually within about 1 hour.
Watch out
- If you need the minutes as an official record, ask for a certified copy. It costs KSh 500 instead of KSh 50 a page.
- Cash is not accepted. Pay only through ArdhiPay.
