Steps
- Get a referral to KUTRRH from your hospital or doctor.
- Book an appointment: call 1558 or 0800 721 038 (toll free), or go to a Health Records desk at the hospital.

- For cancer, your oncologist decides the treatment, which may include radiotherapy, chemotherapy, brachytherapy or surgery.
Watch out
- A referral alone is not enough. You still need an appointment before you go.
- For outpatient services, SHA is accepted only for civil servants for now. SHA can cover cancer treatment, but it needs pre-approval case by case.
- You can't pick KUTRRH as your preferred (primary) hospital, because it is a referral hospital.
Who can apply
- Anyone can walk in for emergency and general outpatient services.
- Other care, such as specialised clinics, needs a referral, unless you were first seen at the KUTRRH Outpatient or Accident and Emergency Department.
- People diagnosed with cancer at KUTRRH or elsewhere can be treated there.
