- Find your nearest centre on the Huduma Kenya centres list. There are 61 Huduma Centres across the 47 counties.
- Book an appointment before you visit the centre.
- Not sure what to carry? Call 1919 to get official information without going to a centre.
- Pay the official fee for your service on eCitizen. On top of the agency's fee there is an eCitizen convenience fee.
Watch out
- Most centres open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some busy centres, like GPO and City Square in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Nakuru, run extended hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so check your centre on the list.
- Huduma Kenya itself charges nothing. You only pay the agency's official fee on eCitizen.
- The cyber café inside a centre is a private business and charges a small fee (for example KSh 150) for printing, scanning or help with online forms. This is separate from the official eCitizen fee.
- Nairobi (GPO): Huduma Centre at Teleposta Building, Kenyatta Avenue.
