Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission · sources read 3 Oct 2026
Ask the public body where the officer works to let you inspect its register of conflict of interest. Every public body must keep one and open it to the public, subject to the Access to Information Act.
- Fee
- We couldn't confirm a fee from the official page. Check it there before you pay.
- Where
- At the public body where the officer works (its accounting officer or head). Form F is on the EACC website.
What you need
- EACC Form F 'Application for inspection of the register of conflict of interest', in two copies, saying what information you want and why
Steps
- Find the public body (ministry, county, state corporation and so on) where the officer works. Its accounting officer or head keeps the register.
- Download Form F from the EACC forms page and fill in your name, address, the information you want and what you will use it for.
- Submit it to that public body and ask to inspect the register.
Watch out
- On the form you promise not to publish what you learn without written permission from the public body or the Commission.
- The register shows an officer's registrable interests, such as directorships, shareholdings, land and contracts, and the nature of any conflict. It is not a list of asset declarations.
Who can apply
- Members of the public, subject to the Access to Information Act
