Make NHC payments and get your statement on the NHC mobile app

Download the free NHC Kenya app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with the same email you gave NHC, and log in with your phone number, password and an OTP. The app has payments and statements, and NHC says a statement takes 1 day.

What you need
- Your first and last name, mobile number, email and a password to sign up
Steps
- Download the NHC Kenya app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Sign up with your name, mobile number, email and a password, and accept the terms.
- Log in with your mobile number and password, then enter the OTP sent to your phone.
- Use Payments to pay and Statements to see your account.
Watch out
- If you are already an NHC client, sign up with the same email you used when you got the property or registered with NHC.
- No smartphone? You can also ask NHC for a statement by email, walk-in or phone.
Who can apply
- NHC clients, such as people renting or buying from NHC. Use the same email you used with NHC.
