Recover an item lost at JKIA or another KAA airport (lost and found)

If you lost something at JKIA, go to the KAA Security Section, which handles lost and found property, at the JKIA Arrivals Building. If a checked bag didn't arrive with your flight, ask your airline's baggage services at the terminal.

Steps
- Go to the KAA Security Section lost and found office at the JKIA Arrivals Building and describe what you lost.
- For a checked bag that's missing or delayed, go to your airline's baggage services at the terminal.
Watch out
- Checked bags are handed back at the baggage bay in the arrivals terminal, so check there before you leave the airport.
- Left luggage (paid storage for transit passengers) is a different service. Ask at a KAA Information Desk.
