Watch out
- Space sizes differ by building: Utalii House from 200 sq ft, Finance House and Uchumi House from 500 sq ft.
- Apartments for sale are in Mombasa: Zamia Heights from KSh 11.25M to 11.7M and Oceania from KSh 14.4M to 16.2M.
- All rental space is in Nairobi CBD; rents are not published, so ask KDC for a quote.
