Report an unsafe or unregistered construction site to NCA

Fill in the complaints form on nca.go.ke, or email info@nca.go.ke or call 0709 126 102. NCA aims to reply to complaints within 7 working days.

Steps
- Check whether the site is registered: search the project ID or developer's name on NCA's 'Search Approved Projects' page.
- Open the Complaints Handling form, enter your full name, email and phone number, describe the site and the problem, then submit.
- Or email info@nca.go.ke, call 0709 126 102, or go to NCA's head office on the 9th floor of KCB Towers, Nairobi.
Watch out
- Every construction project, public or private, must be registered with NCA, and registering it is the developer's job, not the contractor's.
- No one may work as a contractor without NCA registration and a valid practising licence. You can check a contractor on NCA's 'Search Registered Contractors' page.
