Submit a disability mainstreaming compliance report to NCPWD (public institutions)

Public institutions submit their initial compliance report on the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2025 through the online form linked on NCPWD's disability mainstreaming page, uploading the official templates for disability mainstreaming units, employees with disabilities and AGPO. The deadline was 30 September 2025, so if yours is late, email dmd@ncpwd.go.ke.

Steps
- Fill the official templates that apply to you: disability mainstreaming units, employees with disabilities and AGPO.
- Submit the report through the online form linked on ncpwd.go.ke/disability-mainstreaming and upload the templates.
- For help or clarification, email NCPWD's Disability Mainstreaming Department at dmd@ncpwd.go.ke.
- Optional: register staff for NCPWD's disability mainstreaming training in Naivasha on the same page, pay the conference package to NCPWD's KCB account (Sarit Centre branch) and email the receipt to dmd@ncpwd.go.ke.
Watch out
- The deadline for the initial report was 30 September 2025. If you missed it, email dmd@ncpwd.go.ke.
- Disability mainstreaming is an indicator in the performance contract of every ministry, department and agency.
- Expected measures include a disability mainstreaming committee with 30% representation of persons with disabilities.
Who can apply
- All public institutions must submit the report, under Head of Public Service Circular Ref. No. OP/CAB 9/204.
