Dial *483*81# any time to check your Nakuru water bill (NAWASSCO). For a new connection, download the water application form, attach your ID, KRA PIN and title deed or sale agreement, and pay a KSh 2,500 deposit plus a KSh 2,500 connection fee.

- Filled water supply application form, with copies of your KRA PIN certificate, ID, and title deed or sale agreement
Steps
- To check your bill, dial *483*81# any time.
- For a new connection, download the water application form from the NAWASSCO website, fill it and attach your documents.
Watch out
- You get 14 clear days to pay a bill. After that you can be disconnected, and if you still do not pay within a month, you are cut off at the main.
- Reconnection costs KSh 1,000 at the meter or KSh 5,000 at the main, and is done within 24 hours of paying.
- To connect to the sewer you need a paid-up water account and an existing sewer line nearby.
