Pay your Bomet water bill on M-Pesa paybill 825330, using your water account number, or at any Bomet Water office. For a new connection, bring copies of your ID and KRA PIN, your plot number, postal address and phone number, and sign the water and sewerage services agreement form.

Steps
- To pay a bill: M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill, business number 825330, account number = your water account number.
- Or pay at the cashier at the Bomet town headquarters or any Bomet Water office in the county.
- For a new connection, take your documents to a Bomet Water office and fill and sign the Water & Sewerage Services Agreement Form.
Watch out
- If you are cut off, you are reconnected only after paying the bill and the reconnection fee.
- A first cut-off uses a rubber seal. Still unpaid after a month, you are cut off at the main line.
- Call customer care on 0714900501 to report leaks, no water or bill complaints.
