Call the KRA contact centre on 020 4 999 999 or 0711 099 999, or email callcentre@kra.go.ke. You can also walk into any KRA office or Huduma centre.

Steps
- Call the contact centre on +254 20 4 999 999 or +254 711 099 999.
- Or email callcentre@kra.go.ke, or use the 'Ask A Question' button on the KRA Contact Us page.
- To talk face to face, visit the nearest Tax Service Office or Huduma centre. The KRA Contact Us page has a map of offices.
- If a request has gone past its timeline, lodge a service complaint by walking into any KRA office.
Watch out
- Customs questions have their own helpdesk lines: 0709012055 and 0709013521.
- To complain about a KRA staff member, call +254 709 017 700/800 or the call centre on 0711099999.
- Report corruption or tax malpractice through KRA's iWhistle site (iwhistle.kra.go.ke), not the call centre.
