Pay your Homa Bay water bill on M-Pesa paybill 169595, using your HOMAWASCO account number, and check it on *873*57#. For a new connection, apply at a HOMAWASCO office with copies of your ID, KRA PIN and your plot number, then pay the deposit and connection fee.

Steps
- To pay a bill: M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill, business number 169595, account number = your HOMAWASCO account number.
- To check your bill, dial *873*57#.
- For a new connection, visit the HOMAWASCO office near you, or call, to apply.
- Fill the form, bring your documents, then pay the deposit and connection fee.
Watch out
- Always use your account number as the payment reference. HOMAWASCO agents may not collect cash from you.
- Not getting your bill? The account may still be under the landlord's or old tenant's phone. Register it in your name.
- Cut off? Clear the arrears or agree a part-payment plan to be reconnected.
