Pay your Naivasha water bill on M-Pesa paybill 641771, using your 8-digit NAIVAWASCO account number, or dial *873*052#. A new domestic connection costs a KSh 2,500 deposit plus a KSh 2,500 connection fee (½ to 1 inch), paid after NAIVAWASCO checks your ID, KRA PIN and land papers.

- Copy of a title deed, sale agreement or allotment letter
Steps
- To pay a bill: M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill, business number 641771, account number = your 8-digit NAIVAWASCO account number.
- To check your bill, pay or get a mini statement, dial *873*052#.
- For a new connection, apply with copies of your ID, KRA PIN and land document. NAIVAWASCO verifies them first.
- Then pay the connection fee: Paybill 641771, account number 10605135#your ID number.
Watch out
- If you are cut off, reconnection at the meter costs KSh 1,000.
- Bills come by SMS, printed bill or email, after your meter is read each month.
