Pay your Nyahururu water bill on M-Pesa paybill 873900, and check it on *873*5#. For a new connection, visit or call a NYAHUWASCO office; after a site survey and payment of your invoice, you are connected within three days of returning the signed form.

- Connection charges follow the tariff gazetted in July 2026 (Gazette Notice 11681) and come on your invoice after the site survey.

Steps
- To pay a bill: M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill, business number 873900. You can also pay at banks or pay points.
- To see your bill, dial *873*5#, or check SMS, WhatsApp or the customer portal.
- For a new connection, visit any NYAHUWASCO office or call, and give your personal details.
- A surveyor visits your site to check it can be connected and lists the materials needed.
- Bring the required documents to the office and get your invoice.
- Pay the invoice. Once payment is verified, sign the new connection form and return it.
Watch out
- Besides the main office, there are offices at Marmanet (chief's camp, 0723 715 819), Igwamiti (Karuga shopping centre, 0722 157 134) and Rumuruti (0721 409 895).
