  2. 2. Add your spouse to your health cover. Add your spouse and children as dependants on SHA Log in to afyayangu.go.ke and click Add Dependents to add your spouse and children. You'll need their ID or birth certificate and a passport photo. No phone or internet? Get help at a Huduma Centre or SHA office.
  3. 3. If details on your ID need to change. Correct or change details on your national ID Apply for "Change of Particulars" with the National Registration Bureau, either on your eCitizen account or at an NRB office.
